Frank's Basement Systems Case Studies: Cracked walls in tricky places

Challenge

This client has two large wall fractures which were leaking significant water through the walls and across the basement floor. Water is the #1 damaging substance to the foundation of any home. In order to maintain the integrity of the home's foundation, these cracks needed to be sealed in a way that will protect the walls from additional damage.

Both cracks were tricky to repair because of the positioning of the cracks: one was under the stairs leading to the cellar, and one is behind some sanitary pipes.
