Rick had three cracks as well as water in his basement. He called Frank's Basement Systems for a free, no obligation estimate on resolving both issues.
Russ visited Rick's home and and inspected the cracks and where the water collected on the floor. He designed a plan to permanently seal the cracks and get the water out of the basement for good.
The cracks were repaired with our FlexiSpan repair system to seal the cracks and prevent water from ever coming through them again.
WaterGuard interior drainage was installed in the area where water most often collected. The WaterGuard was then tied into a SuperSump system.
Rick's basement is now protected against water now and for the next 25 years!
Mike's crawl space was constantly wet. He had no drainage system, sump pump, or encapsulation system. The lack of these systems was allowing water to damage the structure of his home. He decided to call Frank's Basement Systems for a free, no obligation estimate.
Frank Nati came out to visit Mike's home and inspected his crawl space. He designed a custom solution for Mike's home including our patented CleanSpace encapsulation system, SmartPipe interior drainage, and a TripleSafe sump pump system.
First to be installed was the SmartPipe interior drainage. The SmartPipe is installed around the perimeter of the crawl space to take on ground water and keep it out of the crawl space.
The CleanSpace encapsulation system includes dimpled drainage matting on the ground to allow water to flow freely underneath to the SmartPipe. The CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed over the drainage matting to prevent water vapor from entering the crawl space.
The last part of Mike's new crawl space is a TripleSafe sump pump system. The three pumps will be able to pump water out of the crawl space no matter how much water enters the system or if the power goes out.
Mike now had a clean, healthy crawl space under his home. Call today to schedule your estimate!

Christian inspected Paul's basement and found another leaking crack! He recommended a Xypex repair for both cracks to seal them permanently. BrightWall panels were installed over the repairs for cosmetic effects and as an extra layer of protection.

With the cracks fixed and the sump pump replaced, Paul was finally happy with his basement!
Todd's basement had a history of minor water problems. He decided to call Frank's Basement Systems before they became major water problems.
Rick Pilarski inspected the basement and determined a three part waterproofing system would be best for Todd's specific scenario. BrightWall panels were installed on all the walls in the basement. These waterproof panels trap water from the walls and doesn't all it to enter the basement. They also create a finished look to the basement without the entire finishing process.
The second part of the waterproofing system was WaterGuard interior drainage around the entire basement. WaterGuard is installed at the base of all the walls to catch water from the walls, floor, and ground.
The third part is the SuperSump Plus sump pump system will pump water up and out of the basement.
Thanks to these three systems, Todd's basement is now permanently protected against water.

Rita, a homeowner in Corfu, NY, had been experiencing persistent water issues in her basement. This water is then directed to a newly-installed Super Sump +, which would then expel and drain the water via a discharge line.
