Worried, she gave the experts at Frank's a call for a free inspection and estimate. Ryan was on the scene in no time and was able to let Paula know her issues were due to her foundation settling. Carrier beams and wrap piers were installed along the perimeter of Paula's basement to ensure it would not continue to settle. All the cracks were filled with a Xypex crystalline repair to prevent water leaking through. The Xypex reacts with water and forms a crystal within the cracks and pores of the concrete to block water permanently.
