Sales Process
Mike was knowledgeable on the products and services offered, he provided multiple estimates for different repair options and products and explained why he believed in the products. He wasn't pushy and encouraged me to do my research / get other estimates but I believe it's because he knew that he was offering a fair and honest price for the appropriate and necessary work.
Our Installation Crew
Austin and his crew were polite, knowledgeable and timely. Each morning he explained what to expect (noise, dust, equipment) and each afternoon he explained what they did, ensured I had no questions (answering them when I did) and what to expect the next day. They were on time all 4 days and I simply can't praise them enough. They even reminded me to move my car to the other side of the street to avoid a parking ticket!
The Cleanup Process
Austin made sure my personal belongings were draped, drop cloths in place and ensured that everything was cleaned each night before them left.
