 I am writing this letter to tell you want a great experience I had when Mike Ciocca came to my house to estimate remediation of my crawl spaces.  He was professional, nice, knowledgeable and straight forward.  He gave us the estimate and we signed with him immediately.

However the story gets better, a week later we received an offer on our house.  The inspection of course was not good because of the crawl spaces.  The buyer wanted to talk with Mike.  It was a Saturday I said I would try to call him, and told the buyer I would have Mike call him.  Mike called be back, then called the buyer.  A day later the buyer bought our house.  Mike thank you again!!!

Mike did this on his day off.
