I recently had Franks Basement & Waterproofing do some work in my basement. The work was very involved including digging out the perimeter to install stone and drainage conduit, repairing cracks & cleaning the walls, installing Bright Wall and all its components, a new sump pump, Sani Dry system and a bubbler per city requirements. Then putting it all back together.  The crew I had was lead by Larry and Anthony and every person on their crew was fantastic. They were patient,  polite and accommodating, answering any / every question I had. They asked questions when needed and kept me in the loop during each step of the process. The first day they realized that the concrete floor was double thick which meant more work for them. They never stopped. They jackhammered and cut through at a non-stop pace to keep the job moving.  I was given a “walk around “ several times during the project at the end of the day to show me their progress and make sure everything was going as I expected. The crew removed a window in the basement per agreement which provided them with another route to remove / “hand in” the stone and some materials instead of going through the house so much. I hope it helped them as much as I appreciated it. Every night they made sure the window was boarded  and coned for safety. Ray also stopped by a couple times during the job to check in which was also appreciated. Granted, the job took some extra time due to the floor issue and the city requiring them to do the bubbler at that time instead of waiting, but that was ok with me. They never complained and continued to work hard to get the job done.  I also had a new wash tub installed which meant plumbers coming in when the crew finished. I can only say THANK YOU to that crew (Jeremy, Nick (I believe) because they came back after hanging a door to do this job for me so I wouldn’t have to wait. The original plumber was out sick that day, so they stayed, installed and hooked everything back up for me. They are Jeremy, Nick (I believe), Chuck and Andy (I believe). My family has been helping me clean up and put things back to “normal” since the job has completed and they are as amazed as I am. My basement looks 1000% better and it’s thanks to your crews at Franks. I have already told others about you and your work and will continue to do so. Every person I talk to at Franks is helpful, courteous and very friendly. Thank you again!!!

I completed the review at the conclusion of the job where I had helical piering and crack repair completed at my residence in Akron, NY. I recently purchased the house to find the previous owner finished the basement to hide the sinking wall/footer in the corner of the basement. When taking the necessary steps to correct this problem I contacted Frank's for an estimate. Frank Nati came out within a couple days and told me I'd be looking at helical piers and crack repair to lift, stabilize, and stop the cracks from leaking. This was an unexpected and fairly expensive job. So, I spoke with a few other companies who recommended similar ways to repair the foundation. Through talking to and discussing how each company was going to do the work and what their guarantee was, it was apparent that Frank's contract was the best written, most exact, and had the best warranty out there. I made frequent calls to Frank Nati to ask him why do it this way, and why these materials, and what is expected, and what is guaranteed. He was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and was able to answer all of my questions and offer me guidance in choosing a company for the  job. I then hired my own 3rd party engineer, RAC Engineering, who I located on my own and he gave Frank's a very strong recommendation. So, with that we scheduled the job and Scottie, Mike, Ritchie, and a few others came to my house to do the work. I cannot say how satisfied I was with the work they performed and how they kept me in the loop as much as I requested. The job took longer than the original estimate due to the wet sand and soil conditions, but the crew was never rushed and took their time doing it the right way. A few unexpected issues and excessive water did not help the situation, but Frank's stood behind their name and kept the crew at the house until the job was done and cleaned up. I cannot express how satisfied I am with Frank Nati, Scottie, and the crew, and Frank's Basement Services in general for the way that the job was completed and the way that they took care of the unforseen issues that arose during the job. I can truly say that my mind is at ease knowing that the corner of my house isn't sinking anymore, and I know it won't continue to cause stress on the rest of the house.

I contracted Frank's Basement Systems to repair teh rear wall of my house. The work is still ongoing but I felt the need to inform you that I couldn't be more happier in the fact that I chose Frank's to do the job. Everything is first rate. From the beginning inspection performed by Rick P., to the carbon fiber bands installation by Craig and the now ongoing painting by Mike. I couldn't be more pleased. Rick could have soaked me by seeling me work I didn't need. My basement rear wall was cracking and the floor had many new cracks. I thought I had a drainage problem causing pressure to crack my basement floor and I thought I would need part of the floor ripped up to replace new drain pipes. Rick assured me this was not the case and I had no water problem. My only problem was a rear wall starting to bow. This was confirmed by a structural engineer. Thank you Rick for being an honest man and not causing me to spend all of my retirement money on this basement. Craig came to prep the wall and to install carbon fiber bands per the drawings made up by the engineer. From the moment he arrived until he was finished on the second day, he was focused on his job. He would work steadily until lunch and after lunch he was right back on the job. At the end of the day, he would clean up and you would never know anyone was working down there. Excellent worker. Mike showed up on the third day to put some sealing paint on the wall. Another great worker. He prepped the entire wall for painting and worked steadily until lunch and then right back to the task at hand. He knew the town inspector hadn't been in yet, so he left the carbon fiber bands unpainted so the inspector could see them. Don't know if this was necessary, but there is no sense in giving the inspector something to question. Mike will paint the bands after inspection. Provided the inspector even shows up. To sum it all up, Frank's Basement Systems is a first rate organization. The office staff was always cheerful and helpful when I called. The crew in the field, Rick, Craig adn Mike are all top notch. If I had a company, these are the type of people I would hire. They have an excellent work ethic, which is something that is sorely lacking in many organizations. Contratulations to Frank for running such a top notch organization.

Craig and Anthony just completed a 3-day job at my home in Angola, NY.  They were prompt, courteous, kept me well-informed and left the basement in immaculate shape.  It was a pleasure to have them in my home.
