Dear Kathy and employees of Frank's:      I have used Franks for a few different services over the past few years, and have always been very satisfied.  This past week I needed some work done on an existing pipe from a previous job.  When I pulled in the driveway the technician (Brian) was just finishing up the work.  As I approached him he greeted me with a smile and an almost muddy handshake.  He was eager to explain the situation and what he had done as a solution.  It was just what I had in mind as well.  At the end of the job he rang the bell to let me know he was leaving some extra pipe in case of an emergency, he also stated if anything seemed  to go wrong in the future he would be happy to come back and take care of it.       I was very happy with everything and just wanted to let someone know this young man was very professional and thought someone needed to know, as if they didn't already!  These are the reasons I continue to use such companies as yours because you emphasize on professionalism.      In this day and age I realize that good help is hard to find, but lucky for you at Franks you have and outstanding staff such as Brian. Thank you to everyone bottom to top that make you such a successful company. Keep up the good work, and I will continue to recommend you to anyone in need of your outstanding service.

I just wanted to let you know how much my husband and I appreciate the beautiful work and professionalism of Victor. He was very thorough and got the job in a reasonable time frame.  We had our basement waterproofed and it was a rather sizable job, but Victor and his crew tackled the job in a timely fashion and did a satisfactory job cleaning up.  From this experience, we will recommend Frank's Basement Services to our friends, family, and colleagues.
