Frank's Basement Systems Case Studies: No Sump Possible in Burt, NY

Challenge

A walkout basement in Burt had a consistent flooding problem. Unfortunately, the basement was below the sewer level and therefore a sump pump was out of the question. The homeowner was desperate for answers and a dry basement.

Solution

While a sump pump was out of the question, Frank Nati did come up with a solution for this home. A total of 96 feet of interior drainage was installed around the perimeter of the basement. The drainage system would allow a path for the water to go that is not the basement. 

The new drainage system will ensure the basement can get and stay dry despite the lack of sump pump.
