We just spent the last 5 days at our "Rest Stop" tent at the Erie County Fair. Tomorrow we move in-doors to a booth at the Event Center.
You would be surprised how many people have approached us about cracking basement walls. They're surprised to see a foundation shift, or wall crack in the middle of a hot, dry summer.
That's because heat and dry temperatures tend to contract concrete. With our extreme weather in Western New York the frigid temperatures in the winter, constant pounding rains in the spring, and, lately, extremely dry heat in the summer, our basement walls are cracking, providing plenty of space in the wet season for flooding.
People in our community have come to rely on Frank's Basement Systems as a resource for basement and foundation concerns. We are here to help answer any questions you may have.
Our being at the Fair is the perfect time for a one-on-one conversation and we're waiting to answer questions.
You can even set up an appointment with any of our basement and foundation specialists, we'll come out and see your basement first-hand.
