Here's What To Expect During Your Free Estimate

When our Design Specialists come to your home for your free estimate, this is what you can expect.

Step One:

Our Design Specialist will do an initial walkthrough of your home and basement with you and ask you questions like:

• How long have you lived in the home?
• How long have you noticed the problem?
• What about the problem that concerns you?
• How often does it leak?
• What damage has the problem caused you?
• Have you noticed mold?

All of these questions help our Design Specialist to better understand the problems you are facing in your home and find the perfect solution.

Step Two:

After the initial walkthrough is complete, our Design Specialist will begin to do a more in-depth inspection. They will use tools to identify other structural or moisture problems and create a sketch with measurements of the basement. Some of the tools your Design Specialist will use to do this are:

During this inspection, they will also look for obstacles in your basement, such as water heaters, electrical components, washers and dryers, water lines, etc., that could impede the crew's ability to install your solution and determine how to handle them so they don't impact your installation. Pictures and videos will also be taken to help our crews and production team create a clearer picture so they can schedule everything appropriately.

These more in-depth steps help your Design Specialist to create an exact waterproofing plan with all of the right steps and patented products needed to address the issues your home is experiencing.

Step Three:

Once the Design Specialist wraps up their complete walkthrough and investigation of your home, they will take time to sit down with you. Here, they will walk you through all their findings and your waterproofing solution. This is a great time to ask any questions or seek further clarification on parts of your project. Before our Design Specialist leaves, they will provide you with a printed quote that details everything discussed during your free estimate and will also email it to you.
