Poor Basement Drainage System
Along the perimeter of Mike's basement, he had an above-grade drainage system. Instead of collecting water to drain into the sump pump, it would constantly clog and spill all over the floor.
Ineffective Humidifier
Mike tried to help cut back the humidity in the basement by installing a humidifier he purchased at the store. It helped slightly but turned into a pain every time he had to empty the system's water tray.
A Subtle, Below-Floor Drain System
The WaterGuard drainage system was the perfect no-clog solution for Mike's basement. It's a sub-floor drainage system installed on top of the home's footer, so it's out of the mud zone and has spacers in the wall flange to keep dirt and debris out of the system.
Powerful and Reliable Sump Pump System
An effective drainage system needs an effective sump pump system, too! That's why we upgraded Mike's to a SuperSump Plus. Thanks to its top-quality Zoeller pump, it can pump up to 2,280 gallons per hour!
Effective and Efficient Dehumidification System
Mike's store-bought humidifier was replaced with a SaniDry Sedona to eliminate the musty smell and lingering mustiness in the basement. And emptying the water collection tray will no longer be an issue since collected water is now drained directly into the sump pump via a condensate pump.
