Large Basement Wall Crack
This was just one of many cracks that Loreto's basement was facing. They would occasionally leak water, but if left alone, they would only get worse over time!
Bright and Beautiful Walls
After the cracks were repaired, the walls were then covered in BrightWall panels. They brighten up Loreto's basement and act as an effective moisture barrier, directing any water seepage to the drainage system.
Effective Drainage System
All of that water, now directed down, goes into the FlowGuard drainage system. This drainage system has been specially designed for basements with a thinner floor, allowing it to still be installed directly underneath.
Draining to the Sump Pump
Any water in the perimeter drainage system flows into Loreto's sump pump system. Our crew connected our patented products to his home's existing system, creating a seamless, waterproof installation!
