Water Seepage Through the Walls
Before Julia rough-cut her walls, she noticed water stains all along them. So after cutting them, she found the source! Water was seeping in right where the floor and walls meet, ruining the finished basement walls.

Looking into why the current drainage system in Julia's basement wasn't working effectively, we discovered a buildup of sediment, dirt, and stagnant water. No wonder the system couldn't collect any moisture seeping in!
Improved Interior Drainage
Her old drainage system was replaced with WaterGuard along those leaky walls. It sits under the floor right where the floor and wall meet and is then covered with fresh concrete, allowing Julia to refinish her basement without disturbing the system.
Drain System Connection
We ensured the new drainage system connects properly and flows to Julia's sump pump system. This ensures water won't sit and linger in the WaterGuard drainage system; instead, it will be pushed up and out of the basement!
