I'm writing this letter to tell you how happy and impressed I am with your employees who worked on my basement solution on November 29th. From my first contact, I was pleased and surprised. I had three other companies estimate the work and cost needed at my house. Rick P. was the only one of four who listened to my problem and actually HEARD what I was describing. Rick came and looked at my basement and offered a stepwise solution - SaniDry Dehumidifier and repair of two cracked walls. He said, "Do this and go through another winter and see if this takes care of the problem." Every other company gave me the "one size fits all" solution - repair cracks, new drain tile, and sump pump installation. When Craig arrived that morning to do the job, he was easy to work with, and I can tell he really "knows his stuff." Every little while, he called me down to the basement so I could see each step of what he was doing to repair the cracked walls. I was so appreciative of the explainations, and I learned a lot that day. Later, Chuck and his crew arrived to install the SaniDry dehumidifier. Chuck also involved me in the decision as to where to put the vents in my kitchen. Instead of finding the easiest installation point, Chuck put all the vents where I wantedf them, and it was a very tight space for him to be working in. I know the vents are in the best place for my needs and appreciate, agian, being listened to and HEARD. The solution Rick came up with appears to be the fix that my house needed to eliminate the excessive humidity present. I am not seeing the condensation buildup on my windows the way I used to during the cold winter months. I have already sung your praises to others that need basement work done, and I will continue to recommend your firm. I hope that you will share this letter with the men who did such a terrific job at my house. They are professionals and know their craft! Thank you so very much. Just a quick note…   I am so impressed with the team of wonderful guys that put in my sump pump yesterday 1/16/17,  they did an outstanding job, very respectful, knowledgeable and CLEAN!!!  And a big huge thanks to Mike C,  for all his help and advice… all of you are wonderful, thank you for that. :)

Good afternoon,  I recently had some sump pump work done at my house on May 12, 2017, and I just want to say how wonderful your crew was…  they were professional, got the work done and complete… even my neighbors could not believe how quiet and clean they were… my yard looks great and everything is working beautifully!!!  Its my second time having work completed by Frank’s and honestly very impressed both times…   I am very interested in a once a year check up/maintenance check up .. if your company does this!!!  Again thank you soooooo much, your crew is awesome  J

They took the time and  answered my questions.  They finished on Wed. Nov 22.  When I got home and went in the basement, it was like nobody ever worked down there.  It was neat and clean, I didn't have to do anything but move things back in place.  Will recommend Frank's to anyone that had the problem I did. 

Shawn was here on 9/25/17 and installed a new Pump. It is working great. He of course, did a wonderful job & he was great
