I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the recent experience I have had being one of your customers. On Oct. 16, 2015 a service man named Shawn came to my home to service my sump pump. On Oct. 19, 2015 Craig came to repair a major crack in the basement wall. Both men were courteous, friendly, and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work they both did. Both of them took the time to answer my many questions and explain to me the work being done. I felt very much at ease having them in my home and felt that they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know!

I just wanted you to know what a great job Craig did. He fixed three cracks in my basement wall -- the area looks beautiful now. Craig was prompt, courteous, neat, friendly, left his work area in great shape. His work is excellent, and his communication with customers is superb. Also, Frank N. was our estimator. He has done work for us in the past. He is excellent too. He estimates the job and also is honest -- he tells me when an area doesn't need work and when it does.

I just wanted to praise the four men who worked on fixing the leaking in our basement last Friday, December 16, 2016. We had some rain and thawing over the weekend after they did the work and not a drop of water. It is such a relief to not have to worry about putting towels down or having to worry after every time it rains. Additionally, they were all very polite and explained the work that they were doing as they made progress. Thank you again and Happy Holidays!

I wanted to let Frank and the staff know how impressed I was with Leo, Tony and their team that installed drainage in my basement.  They were very professional and conscientious of making it minimally impacting on my family.  They kept the dirt to a minimum, and they whole crew appeared to enjoy what they were doing.  The one worker commented how he loves his job and I would attribute much of that to the team camaraderie and what I assume must be excellent management.  They were a very hardworking and honest crew and you should feel privileged that they are under your employ, I imagine that it is not easy to find and retain good reliable help.  The follow up plumbing work was equally as impressive, he was eager to share his expertise and help me get more familiar with the plumbing in my house as he completed the job.  I don't know how these men are compensated, but treat them well, their professionalism and work ethic will bring you much more work as I recommend your services to others!   Thanks for a great experience in what could have been a very intrusive project!   Sincerely, Rob E.

Today Craig came over and fixed a large crack in our basement wall. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to us. He showed what the previous owners did to fix the crack before and what materials he was going to use to fix it. We wanted to write Frank's a note regarding the job the company did at my house at in Amherst. When we decided to get yard drainage we had 4 companies look at the job. Franks was not the lowest estimate, but your salesman Ray Smith was by far the most knowledgeable and honest. He calmly explained what would be done and why Frank's was the best company to do it. He was right. On Monday June 12, Larry and his crew, Zac, Tim and Frank started working. They were respectful, pleasant and very very competent. The only answers we got when we asked questions were, "Don't worry, we will take care of it" and "No problem". The answers were said with a smile, and were the perfect answers to hear. The crew really conducted themselves in a professional manner. If it wasn't for the ditch lines you would never know such a large amount of work was accomplished. Our yard was as clean as before they started the work.     I noticed an exit form that they supplied regarding things to be sure were done before leaving. It is obvious that Ray along with Larry and his crew are a reflection of management and ownership. Little things like that show a desire to leave a very positive impression of the company. I can assure you they did. We would call you again, and I will be very comfortable recommending Franks to family and friends.     No one likes spending money, but Frank's proved you get what you pay for. It is also makes it easier when you can say the price was worth every penny. Please give our thanks to Ray, Larry, Zac,Tim and Frank for a job very well done.  Dave & Leo and their associates installed a bubble line and connected existing downspouts , they were effective and efficient in completing their tasks. I am completely satisfied with their work as I am with the heating & plumbing associates. Crew did great work! Very happy with work that was done.
