It was a messy job as he had to break up concrete so water could go to the drain tiles, and not onto our basement floor. Once he was done, he took special care to clean up the debris and clear the floor rug. So far, my wife and I are very pleased with the results.

Monday December 19th was the first time EVER!! That I said BEST!! Repairman ever! Eric Randall immediately addressed the problem and explained the how and why the sump pump broke.
