When I had my basement drainage and SaniDry system installed, your team was a hardworking, knowledgeable crew who did a great job and had excellent cleanup. I was confident the work was done right.

I had a foundation crack that needed to be repaired. The repair man was very professional and easy to talk to and ask questions.

So far, I have had three occasions to use Frank's. The first was two years ago when we had drainage work done in our basement. Javi was the crew chief and was just wonderful to deal with, along with the rest of his crew. They were efficient yet very personable. We also had a new gas line installed for our pool last year. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the young man who did the work but he was also very nice to deal with. Today, Brian did a routine inspection of our sump pump. He was not only extremely courteous and friendly, but very thorough in explaining things to me. Kudos to Frank's for hiring people who not only know how to do the work but are also friendly and personable to the customer. That means a lot. I'll continue to recommend your company to others.

This is to let everyone at Frank's know how very pleased we are with the exceptional service provided by Craig over the last couple of days.  He has once again shown himself to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. We say "once again " because he provided the same service for us about 10 years ago, and we were impressed with him back then, even to the point of remembering his name. We aren't sure that there was a Rave program back them, but if there had been, we would've commended Craig then as well. Maybe Frank will allow that occasion to count retroactively.
