Just wanted to tell you that your crew did a great job yesterday. I think Anthony was the foreman. They installed a new drainage pipe from our downspout, through the yard, to the street. We appreciate that it was done quickly, and the cleanup was excellent. They covered the ditch very well. The plantings were left in good shape. You can hardly tell they dug it up. Thanks also to Ray S. for setting up the job.

Just a brief email to compliment one if your employees, Brian on his excellent work to date. A break in my storm drain caused water and mud to pour into my basement during several rainstorms. Brian is in the final stages of completing needed repairs inside and outside of the house. His work has been so outstanding that I have recommended Frank's to a neighbor who seems to be experiencing storm drain and sewer problems.
