Dark and Dirty Crawl Space
This crawl space was a tight squeeze, with a dirty, damp tarp over the floor and water pooled under it. Plus, old insulation and plastic had been hanging down from above.
Insulation and CleanSpace Added
To create a moisture barrier and seal out outside air in this crawl space, SilverGlo Wall Insulation and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were installed. Both of these products will help keep Teresa's crawl space warm and dry!
Crawl Space Sump Pump
This SmartSump, designed specifically for crawl spaces, was installed. It collects all of the moisture that the new drainage system installed in the basement directs to it and pushes it up and out.
Humidity Issues Resolved
Due to the lingering moisture in the crawl space, it became muggy and smelly. To combat those two issues, the SaniDry Sedona was installed, which helps to eliminate them and act as an air purifier for the space.
