This large crawl space under Megan and Kyle's home was dark, dirty, and difficult to navigate. They wanted it to be a space that was not only cleaner but also one that they didn't have to worry about water seeping into and ruining.
Drainage System Perfect For Dirt Crawl Spaces
The SmartPipe drainage system was specifically created for dirt crawl spaces, just like Megan and Kyle's. It has openings and a wall flange to prevent leaks, but it's all covered with a protective fabric, keeping the system clog-free!
Reliable Solution For A Wet Crawl Space
All of the water now being collected in the newly installed drainage system needs to be pushed up and out of Megan and Kyle's crawl space. That's why we also installed a highly reliable SuperSump System, which includes a powerful cast-iron pump.
CleanSpace Installed
The super-durable, bright-white plastic sheet material laid out in Megan and Kyle's crawl space is called the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. It's been designed to prevent moisture, outside air, and even pests from entering crawl spaces!
Creating an Airtight Seal
To protect this newly waterproofed crawl space from outside temperature and humidity issues and to keep unwanted guests from making it their new home, the CleanSpace vent cover was installed over the main access point.
