Wet and Ruined Crawl Space
The crawl space in Sara's home had seen better days! As time went on and more water seeped in, puddles formed all over the crawl space, and soon the panels on the walls began to warp and become damaged.
Perimeter Drainage System Added
To collect the water seeping into the crawl space, the DryTrak drainage system was installed. It works by sealing the bottom of the system to the basement slab floor and then tilting it at the top to maintain a narrow opening along the top edge so that wall seepage can flow down into the drainage channel.
Wall Insulation and Vapor Barrier
The SilverGlo Wall Insulation not only helps seal out outside air while keeping the crawl space warm but also acts as a moisture and vapor barrier! And it's made of an inorganic material, so mold and mildew won't grow on it or destroy it.
Premier Sump pump System
Adding a sump pump system like your SuperSump will help ensure this crawl space stays dry! It will collect any water seepage and push it up and out of the crawl space.
The World's Most Efficient Dehumidifier
The small but mighty SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier helps to eliminate that muggy feeling caused by high humidity while also acting as an air purification system for the crawl space!
