I'm writing this letter to tell you how happy and impressed I am with your employees who worked on my basement solution on November 29th.

From my first contact, I was pleased and surprised. I had three other companies estimate the work and cost needed at my house. Rick P. was the only one of four who listened to my problem and actually HEARD what I was describing. Rick came and looked at my basement and offered a stepwise solution - SaniDry Dehumidifier and repair of two cracked walls. He said, "Do this and go through another winter and see if this takes care of the problem."
