Foundation Repair Customer Testimonial from Regina S. in Tonawanda, NY

I was present at the start of the week’s work.  Below is some feedback on Anthony and his crew’s performance.

  • Anthony answered all my questions in a professional manner and explained things in a way I would understand.  He and his crew were at the house when they said they would be there.
  • Anthony’s crew members were careful as they moved steel beams and other materials into the basement.  I was working in the kitchen and was grateful for their care.
  • The second day of work, I asked Anthony to show me what was completed and explain what needed to be completed.  Again, he clearly explained what had been done.

My sister came at the end of the week to do the final walk through.  She commented to me that the basement was left clean (which was one of her concerns).  Plus the work passed all inspections with ease.

Please thank Anthony and his crew for their work; please let Frank know that I was completely impressed by the business he created and how well trained Anthony was in customer service.  My only disappointment was that it took three months to get the work scheduled in (we had planned for two months).  As I said to Kathy, 15 crews are being kept busy and that is an awesome business.
