Was out of town and busy with work, or I would've written sooner. #1) Good sales job in convincing me to do go with the Pro Series S3033 model (sump pump). #2) Fully explained everything. Adjusted pvc piping for a better flow. Wanted yoiu to know we appreciated Bryan's work, his demeanor and professionalism. Good afternoon,  I recently had some sump pump work done at my house on May 12, 2017, and I just want to say how wonderful your crew was…  they were professional, got the work done and complete… even my neighbors could not believe how quiet and clean they were… my yard looks great and everything is working beautifully!!!  Its my second time having work completed by Frank’s and honestly very impressed both times…   I am very interested in a once a year check up/maintenance check up .. if your company does this!!!  Again thank you soooooo much, your crew is awesome  J
