So far, I have had three occasions to use Frank's. The first was two years ago when we had drainage work done in our basement. Javi was the crew chief and was just wonderful to deal with, along with the rest of his crew. They were efficient yet very personable. We also had a new gas line installed for our pool last year. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the young man who did the work but he was also very nice to deal with. Today, Brian did a routine inspection of our sump pump. He was not only extremely courteous and friendly, but very thorough in explaining things to me. Kudos to Frank's for hiring people who not only know how to do the work but are also friendly and personable to the customer. That means a lot. I'll continue to recommend your company to others.

On September 20th, we had a sump pump installed and three cracks repaired in the basement in Tonawanda.  I would like to let you know that from the time we had an estimate for the work until through final clean up we couldn't have been more pleased. Kevin Bechloff provided the estimate.  Everything was provided in a timely and accurate manner. If I had a question that he didn't know the answer to, he found out and was able to provide me with the information within a day. Was out of town and busy with work, or I would've written sooner. #1) Good sales job in convincing me to do go with the Pro Series S3033 model (sump pump). #2) Fully explained everything.
