When Migdalia, a homeowner from Rochester, New York, noticed water leaking into her basement from her floor and wall joint, she called the expert basement waterproofers at Frank's Basements for help. Our crew installed our patented waterproofing products to dry up Migdalia's basement and leave her worry-free.
Kristin from Rochester began to notice water in some areas of her basement, especially by the doors and windows. She reached out to our Team here at Frank's Basement Systems to help her find a permanent solution to rid her basement of the water. To help Kristin, our Team installed a personalized waterproofing solution to make her basement dry and clean. They started by installing BrightWall® Panels throughout the whole basement. Then, at the base of these panels, right where they meet the floor, we installed WaterGuard®. These two systems work so well together because if any moisture seeps through the walls, it will hit those panels and be directed down towards the drainage system. WaterGuard has small holes in it designed to capture that water and then direct it towards the sump pump. To tackle all this water being directed to the sump pump, a SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System was installed. This sump pump offers a reliable, high-volume capacity system with built-in alarms to alert the homeowner if the water level rises too high. To keep her redone basement dry and free from more water damage, a SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier. This small but mighty dehumidifier was the perfect addition to this basement waterproofing project!
After finding that this homeowner had a malfunctioned sump pump, causing a wet basement, our crew went in and installed our powerful TripleSafe system!
Joseph from Rochester wanted to turn an unused area in his church's basement into the new home for his sump pump. The original one was tucked away with no lid on it, making it harder to access and harder to maintain over time. That’s where the Team at Frank’s Basement Systems came in and moved the pump to a new location. When we relocated this system, we also upgraded it to a SuperSump™, which offers a heavy-duty Zoller cast iron pump, designed to move a lot of water reliably. And this sump pump has an airtight cover that isn’t only child-safe but also helps to keep out pests and odors. Now Joseph not only has a new sump pump that is safer than the last but it’s more easily accessible as well!
