Ralph had a large, leaky crack in his basement that was damaging the walls and floors. Frank’s Basement Systems was able to patch, plug, and waterproof the crack using a Xypex system, the WaterGuard drainage system, and a BrightWall Panel. Now if any moisture seeps out, it goes into the home drainage system, leaving his basement drier than before!

It was out with the old and in with the new for Cana's sump pump! Her old sump pump just never could keep water out of her basement, but with the newly installed SuperSump, that won't be an issue. This system features a powerful Zoeller pump that reliably pushes up to 2,280 gallons per hour from her basement. Now, Cana can say thanks to Frank's Basement Systems for helping keep her basement dry for years to come!

After the old floor joists rotted out and the floor caved in above the crawlspace, Frank's Basement Systems replaced them. We also encapsulated the crawlspace below, sealing it to prevent moisture from seeping in and ruining the new joists. Now David can refinish the floors and have this room in the home back once again!
