Patrick’s wet and dingy basement was transformed after Frank’s Basement Systems installed the CleanSpace Wall Covering and the WaterGuard drainage system. After we were done, it's clear to see that Patrick's basement is brighter, drier, and cleaner than before!

With a fresh layer of concrete down, you’ll hardly notice the WaterGuard drainage system in place! By adding this to Kristen's basement, water is effectively captured and taken to the sump, leaving her with a dry basement and fewer headaches than before!

Phil's old sump pump setup was not the best. It would always get overwhelmed by heavy rains, and he used cardboard to keep debris and critters out of the sump pit. But now, after Frank's Basement Systems installed a TripleSafe system, that's no longer an issue! This system offers three pumps to help keep Phil's basement dry, and it even features a closed-lid system to keep any unwanted guests or debris out!

Donald T. called Frank's Basements for help when he noticed the foundation wall in his basement bowing inwards. After coming out to his property for a free assessment, our Design Specialist, Andrew, recommended that our crew install several PowerBrace steel beams along Donald's wall to combat the inward bow.

After having these beams installed, Donald can now have peace of mind and confidence in his new basement support system.
