Frank's Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Cover drains are out, and the WaterGuard drainage system is in! Water seepage along the edges of Youssef and Amina’s basement won’t be a concern for this couple anymore. Now, as water seeps in, it’s effectively captured and taken to the sump pump system, leaving this couple with a dry basement!

When Steven H. of Penfield, New York, discovered water seeping into his basement through the gap where the floor meets the wall, he reached out to the expert team at Frank's Basement Systems for assistance. Our crew promptly visited Steven's home, installing our patented waterproofing solutions, ensuring he enjoys a dry basement and peace of mind throughout the year!

When Holly O. noticed water leaking into her basement whenever it rained, she called the experts at Frank's Basement Systems for help. Our crew went out and swapped out her sump pump for our powerful and patented SuperSump Plus system, giving her peace of mind all year round.

Jeff's sump pump didn't just get swapped, but it got a serious upgrade! Before listing his home on the market, Jeff wanted to make sure any future buyer knew this basement had real protection. That's why Frank's Basement Systems installed both a SuperSump Plus and an UltraSump. Now this basement is ready to handle whatever comes its way, even during a power outage, thanks to the installed battery backup system!

When Mary from Webster, NY, noticed a crack in her wall leaking water onto her floor with no sump pump to get rid of it, she knew she needed to call expert waterproofers. Since cracks are one of the main signs of a larger foundational issue with the home, our crew came in and repaired the crack, followed by installing panels of CarbonArmor along Mary's wall to combat foundational issues that may have caused the crack. Our crew then installed a drainage system leading to our patented SuperSump Plus sump pump system.
