This homeowner had a sump pump that was old and no longer working. Our crew came in and installed a new sump pump in a different section of the basement.

When Michael’s kitchen floor began to crack and buckle in his Lawton, NY home, he realized that something underneath was seriously wrong. Below his kitchen was a crawlspace that had multiple cinder block supports that had begun to shift and crack, causing instability to the floor above. Frank’s Basement Systems was able to go in and install several SmartJacks to replace the old supports, and now Michael’s kitchen floor is stable and ready to be used without worries of what’s happening below.

A small light weight post was replaced with a heavy duty galvanized steel post.
