Frank's Basement Systems partnered with Hearts for the Homeless of WNY to waterproof the basement of their new food pantry. 

From dark and dingy to clean and bright! An encapsulation system is a great way to seal out moisture and create an extra usable space!

This foundation wall had large cracks due to outside pressure. StableLock is a permanent repair where a new wall is poured in front of the failing wall to support the house.

The supports in this crawl space were starting to fail, causing unlevel floors and drywall cracking upstairs. A total of six SmartJack posts were used to replace existing rusted and failing posts. 

This Tonawanda home had a chronic leak in one corner of the basement. A new WaterGuard drainage system will catch the water entering the basement and prevent it from pooling on the floor.
