When Hai D. discovered water seeping into his basement through the cinderblock foundation, he sought out basement waterproofing contractors and found Frank's, the local experts with over 40 years of experience. Our Design Specialist, Donnie, inspected Hai's basement in Hamburg, NY and recommended that our Foreman, Scott, install our patented waterproofing solutions to keep Hai's basement dry for good.

With the addition of new drain tile leading to a patented SuperSump system, as well as our BrightWall panels, Hai can now rest assured that his basement will stay dry all the time!

Frank M., from Hamburg, New York, called Frank's Basement Systems when he noticed his foundation wall leaning inward. Our crew went out and installed several i-beams to combat the leaning wall and provide stabilization so that it does not lean further. Frank can now feel confident in his new basement support system!

These bowing and displaced walls were no longer a concern in Chris’s home after Frank’s Basement Systems came out. We helped stabilize these walls to prevent further movement by installing several I-Beams. Now Chris can rest easy knowing we helped address his concerns and left his home better than when we entered it!

A clogged, broken sump pump was no help with John’s water issues in his basement. So during his waterproofing project, we were able to install a SuperSump system! Now he has an effective, reliable system capable of pumping up to 2,280 gallons per hour!
