Frank's Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Loleta, a homeowner from Clarence Center, NY, called into Frank's when she noticed water coming up through the floor drain in her basement. Because her floor drain could not handle the amount of water she was getting from rainfall, our Design Specialist, Joe, recommended that she install our sump pump system.

Josh's crawl space was wet and dirty, with the insulation falling apart, so he had Frank's Basement Systems come out to help restore it! We installed the SilverGlo Wall Insulation System, TerraBlock Floor Insulation, and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Now Josh’s crawl space is not only drier, but it’s also properly insulated! 

Down in this crawlspace in Appleton, NY, a section of the foundation wall was missing, with just a piece of wood covering it. Over time, that piece of wood began to deteriorate, so before the problem worsened, Chris had our team at Frank’s Basement Systems come out. We were able to build the missing section of the wall, so now the wall is fully complete and the space is fully enclosed. The next step is to have our crew come out and encapsulate the whole crawlspace!
