Everything about doing business with Franks was easy.
Every one I spoke to on the phone knew what they were talking about and were very helpful
Frank was very informative.
Craig was totally awesome. Super happy and considerate of the fact that I was sick and tired and tried to be as quiet as possible when coming and going in the house.
Other than the new cement and white boards you wouldn't even know I had anything work done.
What made you choose our company:
You were referred by several others an I called a couple other services. One didn't show up on 2 different occasions and didn't have the courtesy to even call. And another one was running an hour late and they said they would reschedule for the following weekend and then totally forgot to come at all. Not only was Frank (the sales guy) on time he explained several things to me. And I'm so glad that I went with you because your installer Craig was also on time and extremely friendly and efficient.
Couldn't be happier! We want it to rain so we can see it in action.
