Sales Process
Ray Smith was spectacular. He really went above and beyond to determine what I needed to have done. I didn't understand the specs on what the village was telling me was needed to sell my home and he went to the village to get specific details for me. He even gave my kids stickers when he was at my house for the estimate! He did a dye test to check for a bubbler (which I didn't know if we had or not). No other company would test without me hiring them first.
