Eric Randall was very customer service oriented. He met with my husband and I on April 11, 2025. He was very honest and helpful concerning our flooded basement and what we needed to fix the problem. We decided that we needed sump pump and dehumidifier to start with and that we could add anything else later if needed.
What made you choose our company:
Honesty and Eric was not a pushy salesperson. He wasn’t the cheapest quote but sometimes cheaper is not always better. Eric didn’t push us to buy anything we didn’t need.
