Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Mystery Leak

Challenge
Jim had noticed water pooling on his basement floor. He didn't see any cracks in the floor and the walls had drywall over them. He called Frank's to schedule an estimate and took some drywall down to get a better look at what may be going on.
Solution
Behind the drywall was a large crack that had been leaking water. There was no way to know how long it had been there, but now it was able to be fixed. Due to the nature of the crack, our foreman Scott Scarcello had to use an epoxy injection to fix it. Once the epoxy dried, no more water would be able to get through the wall into the basement. Jim could now put his drywall back up knowing both it and his basement would stay dry.
