Cove Joint For Drainage
Craig's basement had a cove joint, which is a small gap between the wall and floor that allows water from the wall to flow down into the drain. But if that drain system becomes clogged or overwhelmed, the water will just start flooding into the basement.
A Sub-Floor Drainage System Installed
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the inside perimeter of your basement, where water naturally collects. And unlike traditional French drains, this system has been designed to resist clogs, keep out debris, and give Craig's basement a clean, finished look.
Easy Clean Out Ports Added
To ensure this system can be easily maintained for years to come, several ports are added to the WaterGuard drainage system. This allows our technicians to easily access the system and flush it if there are any clogs or issues!
A New Sump Pump Installed
A TripleSafe provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. And even in the case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or sump failure, the UltraSump Battery Backup System will kick in, ensuring Craig's basement stays dry!
