Walls Wrapped in CleanSpace
To help create an effective moisture barrier while also giving the space a bright, clean look, the CleanSpace Wall System was installed. Now, if any moisture seeps through the walls, it discreetly drains behind and down into the drainage system.
BrightWall Panels Create a Moisture Barrier
In other areas where the walls were smooth and had no protruding stone, we were able to apply BrightWall Panels. Just like the CleanSpace it will help to brighten up the basement while also creating an effective moisture and vapor barrier.
Full Perimeter Drainage System
You'd hardly know it's there under that fresh layer of concrete, but the WaterGuard drainage system was installed around the full perimeter of Brad's basement. This discreet sub-level drainage system collects water and directs it to the sump pump.
Clean Out Ports for Easy Maintenance
Several clean-out ports are added to allow our service technician to perform annual maintenance on Brad's system. This annual maintenance helps ensure that Brad's complete waterproofing system is always running at 100%!
SuperSump Plus Added
Water won't be able to linger in Brad's basement once the SuperSump Plus is added! This sump system comes with a Zoeller cast-iron pump that will work to push any water up and out of the basement.
