Bowing Basement Walls
Even with how dark these walls were painted, there was no disguising the deep crack and bowing of Sterlin's basement wall!
I-Beams for Wall Stabilization
To help stabilize these walls and prevent further inward movement in Sterlin's basement, several I-beams were installed per a third-party engineer's drawing. These large steel beams rest against the wall, where they bow inward the most, and are then secured to the ground and the joists above.
Bright and Beautiful Walls
Those dark basement walls in Sterlin's basement are no longer the case thanks to the CleanSpace wall system. This wall covering creates an effective moisture and vapor barrier while helping to create a bright, beautiful, and dry basement!
Full Perimeter Drainage System
The WaterGuard drainage system will ensure that water won't find its way onto Sterlin's basement floor! Instead, this interior drainage system will collect any water seepage and direct it down to the sump pump system.
