Stained Basement
Dark brown stains had started to form along the perimeter of Kit's basement. The stains are caused by dirt and minerals in the water, which leave their mark even as the water dries.
Effective Drainage System
Beneath that fresh layer of concrete is the nearly invisible but extremely effective WaterGuard drainage system. This subfloor system is designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks at the wall/floor joint.
Capturing Surface Moisture
In front of the basement door, a TrenchDrain was installed to help capture any surface water that may make its way inside Kit's basement. Plus, the WaterGuard drainage system and the TrenchDrain seamlessly integrate!
Upgraded Systems Added
Water won't be able to hang out and linger in Kit's basement, since the SuperSump will push it up and out. The SaniDry Sedona works to reduce and eliminate the humidity that had lingered for too long in Kit's basement.
