Water-Damaged Walls
Along the walls of Charlie's basement, there was dark staining. This is caused by water seeping in and bringing mud and minerals with it, so after it evaporates, it leaves behind everything it brought in!
Old Sump Pit
Charlie had a sump pump already in the basement, but it was an old, exposed pump pit with a system that didn't always seem to kick on when needed!
A Perimeter of FlowGuard
To effectively capture any water seepage, a new perimeter drainage system needed to be added. The best solution was the FlowGuard system, which will effectively capture any moisture seeping in and direct it to the sump pump.
Bright and Beautiful Basement Walls
The dark and dingy walls of Charlie's basement were transformed with BrightWall Panels. They not only help the space look great but also acts as an effective moisture and vapor barrier.
New and Reliable Sump Pump System
It was out with the old and in with the new when we added a SuperSump with a battery backup system. With this system's Zoeller pump, water will be effectively pushed up and out, allowing Charlie to worry less!
