Water Struggling To The Sump
Water was making its way into Tim's basement, but not into the sump pump, and it started seeping all over the basement floor, including under his washer and dryer.
Upgraded Interior Drainage
To ensure water was now moving into the sump pump rather than onto the basement floor, an effective drainage system was installed. The WaterGuard drainage system will effectively capture any moisture seepage and help it flow down into the sump pump.
New Sump Pump Added
We also upgraded Tim's old sump pump to a more reliable system that could handle High volumes of water effectively. The Supersump contains a cast-iron Zoeller pump that can pump 2,280 gallons of water per hour!
Eliminating Basement Humidity
There was so much water standing in the basement before it had developed a muggy feeling and a musty smell. So we added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to eliminate those issues in Tim's basement.
