Improved Perimeter Drainage
Beneath that fresh layer of concrete is our nearly discreet WaterGuard drainage system! It's a sub for a drainage system that collects water through inlet holes and directs it to the sump pump system.
A Super Sump Pump Installed
We added a SuperSump to effectively push water up and out of their basement. Thanks to the system's powerful Zoeller pump, water won't stand a chance lingering down here!
Small and Mighty Dehumidifier
The cherry on top of this basement waterproofing project was adding a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier! Now any lingering musty smells or muggy feelings won't be an issue, and they'll just have clean, dry air.
