Water All Over Basement Floor
Water had started to seep into Peter's basement and onto the floor! This was worrisome for Peter, since he was planning to remodel the basement but couldn't even think about that project until he tackled the water issue.
Interior Drainage System Installed
The new perimeter of the WaterGuard drainage system was installed to effectively capture the water seeping into Peter's basement. And since this system is installed under the floor and sealed over with concrete so that only the wall flange is visible, helping to create a discreet look!
Clean-Out Ports Added
To help ensure Peter's new drainage system can be easily accessed and maintained, several WaterGuard ports are installed at intervals throughout the system. This will allow our service technicians to check the WaterGuard drainage for clogs or, if necessary, flush the system during Peter's system's annual maintenance!
Newly Installed Sump Pump
The final piece of Peter's basement waterproofing makeover was installing a SuperSump Plus. As water from the WaterGuard makes its way here, it will be effectively pushed up and out by its Zoeller pump!
