Mud had caked onto Patricia's and Gary's current sump pump, causing it to fail multiple times. They would try to keep up with cleaning out the system, but it wasn't until it stopped working that they would remember to do so.
Exposing The Home's Footer
Before any products get installed, the crew works to expose the home's footer. This step is key since the footer is where they will place the drainage system, so it's no longer sitting in the mud zone.

The WaterGuard drainage system is designed to capture water seeping in from the floor and wall joints and help it flow down to the sump pump. It's also been specifically designed to keep out dirt and debris, so it stays clog-free!
Sealed In System

New Sump Pump Added
All of that water now flows into a newly installed SuperSump. This pump sits in a special liner with perforations and a sealed lid to keep dirt and debris out of the system and prevent clogging!
