Outdated Waterproofing Systems
Kevin's basement waterproofing system used to consist of a cove drain and an outdated sump pump. If water seeped in, it would flow into the shallow trench around the basement and then into the sump pump.
New Perimeter Drainage Solution
A more effective drainage system was installed to replace the cove drain. Now, with the WaterGuard drainage system installed, any water seepage will be effectively captured, and water will no longer seep along Kevin's basement floor.
Basement Wall Moisture Barrier
Wall seepage is no longer an issue since the CleanSpace Wall System has been installed. This wall covering directs any water seepage down into the drainage system below!
Sealed In System
Our WaterGuard drainage system is a subfloor system, so after it's installed, it's covered with a fresh layer of concrete. The wall flange is visible only along the wall, making it nearly discreet.
Triple Protection Added
It was time for a change for Kevin's sump pump! By installing a TripleSafe, Kevin now has three levels of protection to keep his basement dry, thanks to the three submersible pumps that fit perfectly in a single sump liner.
