Water on Basement Floor
Water seepage was a big issue in Joseph's basement! It only got worse this spring with the big thaw and the heavy rains that rolled in.
Old Sump Pump System
Hidden in the back of the basement, Joseph had a sump pump that worked somewhat well. Joseph's old sump pump worked somewhat well, kicking on to pump water out, but he knew it wasn't effective at keeping his basement dry.
Unfinished Walls Transformed
The leaky basement walls will no longer be an issue for Joseph after the BrightWall Panels are added. They create an effective barrier, directing any water seepage into the drainage system rather than onto the basement floor.
Discreet Perimeter Drainage System
Under the fresh concrete is a new perimeter drainage system that collects any water seepage and directs it to the sump pump. The system is nearly discreet, with only the wall flange visible, yet it captures all water seepage.
Effective Sump Pump System Installed
The old sump pump system was replaced with a SuperSump Plus and an UltraSump. Now Joseph has an effective sump pump system, ensuring his basement stays nice and dry.
