The leaky crack was repaired using the Xypex Patch 'n' Plus system. A BrightWall panel was added for a clean look and to direct any potential water seepage to the drainage system.
Installing a Discreet Drainage System
Along the perimeter of Melanie's basement, the WaterGuard drainage system was added to collect any water seepage. After installation, it's covered with concrete, leaving only the top part of the wall flange visible.
