Broken Clay Tile System
After exposing the clay tile system installed in Tracy's home, they found a break in it! That means any water the system collected would just leak right back out.

With no effective drainage system in place in Tracy's basement, the water started to seep out all over. She needed some help before the basement could flood!
Effective Drainage System
That old clay tile system was replaced with the WaterGuard drainage system. This new system will effectively collect any moisture that seeps in and ensure it flows down to the sump pump.
Powerful Sump Pump
Extreme conditions and power outages won't affect Tracy's sump pump! Having a TripleSafe system installed, she has three submersible pumps, including a battery backup one, to ensure her basement stays dry!
Completed System
After everything is installed, it is covered with concrete, making it nearly discreet. Once the concrete dries, all you see of the WaterGuard drainage system is the top of the wall flange and the access ports spaced throughout.
Access to The System
The ports installed along the WaterGuard drainage system allow our Service Technicians to easily access Tracy's drainage system for its annual maintenance. They can check whether anything has gotten into the system and flush it out if needed!
