Severe Water Seepage
Each day, it seemed like the water seepage grew more and more in Jenna's basement. She needed help before the items stored down there became damaged or moldy!
Subfloor System
Around the perimeter of Jenna's basement, a section of the floor is removed to create a drainage trench for the WaterGuard drainage system. This allows the system to be installed under the floor to collect groundwater while the wall flange extends up to collect water leaking from the basement walls.
Drainage Ports Installed
Since the system is concreted over, it needs access ports added throughout to ensure it can still be maintained. These ports allow you to see if the system ever gets anything inside it and can be easily flushed!
Reliable Sump Pump System
No waterproofing system is complete without a dependable, long-lasting sump pump! That's why a SuperSump Plus with its patented sump pump systems and innovative features was added to work with the drainage system to keep Jenna's basement dry!
Pushing Water Away
All of that water that is collected and pushed out through the sump pump is then pushed far away from Jenna's home through the discharge pipe. We make sure the discharge line is far enough away from the foundation and pitched down so water won't run back!
