Damp Basement Floors
Ed never saw puddles in his basement, but he would always find damp or moist spots around it. They were always closer to the walls, but he would occasionally find them extending more towards the middle of the basement, too.
Wall In Rough Shape
After moving the item that had been pushed up against the walls of Ed's basement, he finally saw the shape that they were in. Moisture seepage caused the paint to chip, peel, and leave behind stained streaks.
Cold and Exposed Crawl Space
This small crawl space in the front of Ed's basement was causing huge issues! Having no insulation in the space and an exposed dirt floor that would occasionally turn into mud was not ideal for the basement.

New Interior Drainage Solution
Water won't be all over Ed's basement floor now that he has the WaterGuard drainage system in place. This non-clogging interior drainage system is designed to keep the basement dry by capturing all floor and wall seepage before it reaches the basement floor.
Waterproofed Crawl Space
This problematic crawl space is no longer an issue after Ed spray-foamed it and we laid out the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Now it's the perfect place to store items without fear of moisture seeping in and ruining anything up there!
